flypay is a digital wallet that is provided by Coles Group Ltd (Coles) in alliance with Digital Wallet Pty Ltd, trading as “Beem” (Beem) who owns and operates the software solutions for the digital wallet.

The privacy of your personal information is very important to us. This Notice has been prepared to help make you aware of how and why we handle personal information in connection to flypay.

When you use flypay, your flypay account information is provided to Beem. If you are an existing customer of a Beem wallet, or create a Beem wallet, these wallets share the same profile details and saved card details such as payment cards. Any updates to these details will by applied by Beem across these wallets. Coles collects personal information when you use flypay, communicate with us and use our website or other services. Personal information we collect includes your flypay account information such as name, identity, contact details, payment cards and details, rewards card, preferences, transaction details, and communications and interactions with us and the Flybuys service. Without your personal information, we may not be able to provide you with access to the flypay digital wallet and associated services.

Coles collects and handles personal information about you for providing, administering, improving and personalising the flypay digital wallet product and associated services (such as QR code payments, online payments, rewards card storage and facilitation, and gift card payments). This can include communicating with you, verifying your details and understanding your interests, suitability and behaviour regarding our other products, services and offers. Coles may disclose personal information to (and collect it from) other parties including our related entities, Flybuys, our service providers, retailers which accept flypay, and financial/payment providers.
